Open source tig AC/DC project

Project Description:

The project consists in building an inverter-based combination
TIG and Stick welder based on a PIC 18F4431 microprocessor. The
welder is open source & uses readily available discrete components.

In addition, the build is modular: the welder can be built in whole
or in part, as required.

For example:
-Build just the inverter for pulsed DC TIG/Stick welding (scratch-start)
-Build just the second AC module for Tig welding aluminum (square wave)
-Build the third, High Frequency start module, to add HF starting.

-0 to 100% wave balance
-20-80% phase current balance
-accepts a foot controller
-Pulsed DC: adjustable base & max current, frequency & duty cycle
-selectable start polarity

-selectable HF start time
-ability to store up to 10 programs

20kHz Closed loop Frequency
80kHz ADC current sampling

Ma detta in italiano!!! visto il grande lavoro che state facendo ma a che punto siete arrivati???

Abbiamo fatto un test in dc a 90 A ed e' andato bene , a 120 A e' saltata una scheda questo perche'
la nostra saldatrice esce ad una tensione troppo alta ( 75 V) , causa rettificatore full bridge .
Il test fatto a 90 A 75 V e' quindi equivalente a un test 180 A 37 V , siamo in attesa che arrivino
i componenti elettronici per riparare la scheda saltata e ripetere i test
